Session 19/21

Suggestion 1:

We suggest that you use your notes from this session to make a short written report about the achievements and professional practices in your foster care. This can contribute to acknowledgment from your superiors, decision-makers, and professional connections. Please keep in mind that the report will be read by people who are not familiar with your work. It should describe in simple terms what you do, who you work with, how you practice, as well as the professional and social values you work from. It should be no longer than 3-5 pages, and you can insert pictures from your daily work. If you have filled in the form of competencies, you can use it in your report. Please decide who will write the report (for example supervisor, instructor, and/or foster parents). 

Suggestion 2:

You can produce a video presentation of your foster care. It should display in simple scenes and/or interviews what you do, who you work with, how you practice, as well as the professional and social values you work from. It should be no longer than 10 minutes. If possible, you can include an interview with your foster child and perhaps also include people in the network and the biological parents.
