At the end of each session you decide on a work plan. For this first work plan, we suggest that you

• Make small videos of daily situations with the child with your mobile phone. If you don’t have a phone, just find a daily situation, observe and remember so you can tell about in the next training sessions. For example having breakfast together, doing something amusing, working, etc. Make sure to include the people that the child is interacting with in your observations or video recordings.
• These videos or observations will be material of great value for the child when it leaves your foster care some day

You can discuss and reflect on together what you noticed and the way you provide care in order to understand what works and what does not work with the children in your care.
