In these days, where we all must keep good distance, we have successfully completed the second digital introduction seminar in collaboration with our partners SOS Children’s Villages in East Africa. Our digital seminars are part of our joint upscaling effort, where we work to ensure that even more children and youth grow up with competent caregivers. Competent caregivers are essential for a safe childhood.
A total of 26 public employees, representatives from local NGOs and employees from SOS Children’s Villages in Tanzania participated in our 3-day seminar. The seminar is the start of the 6-month instructor training, which gives the participants competencies to train local groups of caregivers in attachment theory, relationship work and thus quality care.
We are so impressed with their commitment and beyond grateful to be a part of such important work.
A big thank you to all the participating instructors and not least our two amazing local facilitators!
