Fairstart takes part in Community Action for Quality Alternative Care and Protection in our collaboration with the SOS Children’s Villages. We have trained two more teams of instructors. One team in Tanzania and one team in Rwanda. We have just started another team in Ethiopia with 25 participants from all over the country. These new instructors will be the first ones in the major upscaling in East Africa. We were supposed to have held the start-up seminar in Addis Ababa, but due the state of emergency in the country, we ended up doing the seminar online instead.
Fairstart have also started a new instructor team in Greenland at the beginning of October. The instructors will have completed the training before summer 2022.
